The Project Management Team creates the business case for Northeast Ohio to companies making investment decisions, facilitates the site selection process, makes recommendations to JobsOhio for incentive packages (e.g., tax credits, loans, and grants), and leads negotiations of deals with company officials and state agencies. The Project Coordinator maintains data, develops insights, and conducts market research through use of the property database and customer relationship management (CRM) system. The incumbent works with companies, JobsOhio and local partners to ensure accurate project communications and data.
